To be courteous and approachable at all times

To arrive at the agreed meeting place 15 minutes before the start of the lesson

To finish the lessons at an agreed, convenient place, one that the client knows (eg the client's hotel or chalet, or at the front of the piste)

To always be in procession of a mobile phone to use in the case of any safety issues concerning the client
Art 5
To have all the contact numbers of the security agents with us at all times (piste security, assistance, etc) as well as complete knowledge of the weather forecast for the comfort and safety of the client
Art 6
To have a thorough knowledge of the ski area and to be able to take the clients to areas suitable to their skiing level, experience and needs.
Art 7
In the rare eventuality that the instructor is unable to continue the lesson or to take the reservation, we will provide another instructor of the same qualifications and experience or give a complete refund.

To have the correct qualifications

At the start of the lesson, the instructor will discuss with the client what they would like to gain from the lesson, how this will be achieved and how this will benefit the client
